Orders are shipping within 3-5 business days via USPS, FedEx and UPS. Some items may ship from one our international warehouse locations. You may receive several different packages for orders with mutliple items.

We want you to be happy with your Doxi Beauty purchases, so if you changed your mind, please contact us via our contact page before 30 days of your purchase date. We will then provide you with a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly handle your return without the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be postmarked within 1 week of receiving an RMA number, otherwise refund will be forfeited. Returns without a RMA will incur a fee of 25% of the order total. Simply return your unused product [s] and we will gladly refund your original payment method for the full amount, less shipping. If you received a free gift with your purchase, the gift must be included in the return, otherwise the cost of the free item will be deducted from the refund.

• We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to irregular or excessive returns and potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

If you are notified that your package is delivered, but you have not received it, you must notify us within 3 days. After3 days, you will be responsible for dealing with the shipping carrier, as we do not assume liability for missing or lost packages.

We recommend returning your item with a reliable carrier that includes tracking, or that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.

If your purchase was made on a card that is no longer active, we will only be able to issue store credit.
